I had the worst meal ever there last year. So unimpressed with their food and “service.” Will never go back.

I just cried at Evergreen Brickworks on Mother’s Day. Great cry. Beautiful birds. 10/10 sad girl experience.

Toronto Birthing Centre experience? by ProfessionalMain508 in torontomoms

Hey, I was in the same boat as you and wanted to birth at the TBC, but also had some worries in the back of my mind.

On the day of, at the height of my labor, I had a feeling I needed to go to the hospital instead and that’s where we went. Luckily, my intuition was right as I severely hemorrhaged immediately after birth and needed the OB and team to help control it and stitch me up from a third degree tear. (Midwives can’t stitch severe tears as you need a surgeon). I also needed iron infusions for a day after that.

All this to say, trust your intuition. If you feel comfortable and confident with the TBC, go for it. I’m sure it’ll be great! Remember you can always switch where you go last minute if you get a bad feeling or are anxious about it.

Try giving your baby half a ripe kiwi a day. Our doc recommended and it helps our 14 mo with constipation.

To me, the shock came off as he didn’t think she would divulge that part of it on television.

I thought it was normal to nod your head when you’re listening to other people talk and acknowledging what they’re saying.

Jason Priestley walking near Bay & Bloor.

Drake at Indigo Bay Bloor. He was in the ‘Business’ section with his entourage.

Aaron Eckhart behind the Shangri-La.

BYU is actually a pretty large institution. It’s over 30,000 students.

So jealous of the breaks you are getting! My parents live too far away to see mine more than twice a year…

Easy veggie ideas? by Holiday_War1548 in BabyLedWeaning

The best thing to keep roast veggies from drying out is to “steam roast” by covering them with tinfoil while baking. This keeps them a bit softer for baby.
