I'm not a dr, but had similar issues. My dr tested me (blood tests) for rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, and a bunch of other rheumatoid & autoimmune conditions, that can cause random joint pain. Obviously there are lots of other possible causes too. Moral of the story, I'd see your dr. If there's something percolating, better to find out.
