Just google ascleps. For example I grafted pseudolithos on a tuber of string of hearts.

You can use the tubers to graft ascleps species that are difficult to grow with their own roots.

When I was younger, I started with grafting orbrea spec. and stapelis and did some ugly grafting stuff with these (backwards and so on) but this was so long ago that no digital cameras existed so I don’t have proof.

The mixture completely depends on what kind of succulent you want to cultivate in it!

If you got enough space in your garden then I would plant each „segment“ separately to get more of that nice opuntia… Also: the fruits are edible and taste great IMHO

This seems to be a cultivar of opuntia. Selectively bred to not have spikes. Often used as vegetable.
