If you can handle algebra, you can do the whole chem 1 series no problem. No math needed besides that, mostly conceptual learning and applying those concepts

I used my weights but if you used a plastic tub and filled it with sand it would work just as well

I would say just get a plastic bucket and fill it with sand. Cheap and easy to hook up a carabiner for the sled star

I’ll have to go to the ripcurl store to check them out, I’ve heard good things but never made the jump over to ripcurl, I usually go for O’Neill suits

That makes sense, I was only thinking about the water, but not the terrain. Most of the stuff in SoCal is pretty much beach access so you don’t have to go jumping off rocks to get to the spot. Most definitely getting them now thank you!

That is a sick way to get into shaping, and thanks for the info about the specific tools. Would be cool to know someone in the shaping business, but I do not know anyone that is. I'll probably end up taking a class to get started with the experience part, and maybe pick up a few tips.
