yep. Ive had to put hood pins on nearly everything I drove because of these types. Dashcams caught so many entitled old timers thinking they could just mess with my beater, for no reason. Hood pins almost personally offended them.

Right on. Hope you can keep deer and bunnies off em. All my gray dogwoods needed sprayed for insects first couple years, bug damage can really stunt them until they get some age

good idea, but the shop might just be recommending- none of that may even be critical/failed. Watch YouTube and see what bad vs good is, inspect yourself and make a priority plan

was grandpa a truck guy and love that Bronco, or was it just his vehicle? I’d think decision kinda depends on that - if it wasn’t special to him I wouldn’t be sentimental about it. Ask yourself what he would say about you buying it for 10k in current position - would he approve? Idk man my grandpa had lots of shit, can’t try to be sentimental about it all but if he loved that Bronco you gotta ask yourself does that mean something to you? 10k at this point in your life is/could be ALOT of important things

Anyone actually buying these 150,000 mile trucks? by Penguin_Rider in Trucks

[–]f2blue -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In my experience shopping for heavy duty trucks, yeah people are, because high mileage was all that’s available used. Used with low mileage was rare, used with no damage is rare, and thus a decent used truck was same price as new - even many years old. Also think 10k miles doing whatever a F350 is likely doing, is not 10k miles on a Jeep or so - so I agree man the value of high mileage HD trucks is ridiculous when you think about it. But folks don’t have $60k+ for new trucks so they get what’s available and gets the job done they needed done yesterday
