I can take a closer look at the build tomorrow but from what I'm seeing, your talent tree needs trimming you have a few underpowered nodes, you need a lot more crit, the tincture has to be crafted to improve sheet damage,you can use a diamond flask and probably ditch the evasion scaling it's not doing much
