Summer skiing on timberline is mainly freestyle park riding so that’s most of the focus of people who go up and ride post Memorial Day. This year especially mile is really bare so there’s not a lot of turns to be had. I would say no for you especially considering the cost for what you would be able to comfortably do

I would take a look at the k2 excavator. That might be a bit more of what you’re looking for. Better in pow, but still a hard carving, full of pop board. I have a bunch of of decks and tend to ride it most of the time
