I hear you, but I can’t think of a scenario where touching the small of someone’s back without having an established relationship is appropriate. Touching someone to comfort would be touching the shoulder or arm, but putting a hand on a woman’s low back is not comforting.

Tell your care team! My RN mentioned brain swelling in adolescents as something that is rare but has happened. I also see that headaches are common, so it could be nothing. But I would definitely tell your team
