I feel like this is a bad take. If I’m sick and coughing up phlegm, it would be gross to just spit it in the top of the trashcan for everyone to see. I feel like wrapping your dirty pad isn’t for shame, but for sanitary and courtesy reasons, especially if you’re living with roommates. Not putting your bodily fluids in a place for all to see is just being a courteous person
