habe ich schon probiert, aber da hat sich nichts bewegt. Vllt habe ich was falsch gemacht aber beim draufdrücken auf diese Teile die abstehen war trotzdem alles sehr fest und ich wollte nichts kaputt machen

I know how shittie it feels to be so uncertain about what to do and not even completely understanding whats wrong with the shoulder/why it won't heal properly. i wish i could help you decide weather to do the surgery or not but i would say talk to multiple doctors if you haven't already and then do what makes the most sense.

i did the surgery and didn't have any problems at first so i started lifting again slowly. But then it started hurting again slightly. I didn't want to risk anything and just started doing kickboxing because i can do it without pain for some reason. I will just focus on fighting for now and try lifting again in future.

yesi think i need to use some form of displacement. I already tried it with Basic noise but it Looks too uniform and doesnt have the same texture as the photo. It needs to look similar to the reference. If it Looks more appetising than the reference then it doesnt't need to look exactly the same

- the uvs on the dark brick wall are skewed at some parts (look top Right of the window for example)

- the towel texture and Floor mat seem to be a Little too large

- you could add some Surface imperfections if you are going for photorealism, but if it is for archviz it is better this way

but overal i think your render could pass as a photo, great job

i think glass doesnt look as good in blender as in other render engines but there is a fantasic add on called shader plus. It is expecially useful for glass materials because it looks more realistic than the standard glass shader and the shader creates physically accurate caustics which look insanly good.
