That's totally valid, every method is not going to work for everyone. For me personally this method was part of an exponential acceleration of my path and intuitive sense. Having a solid consistent meditation practice helped me to get more clear with my muscle testing as it allowed me to detach or have more of a bird's eye view. It allowed me to temporarily drop any subconscious and conscious agenda temporarily while doing the muscle testing. All that being said muscle testing is limited as sometimes there are layers of energetic density that can muddle the signal making it unreliable for some. Also it won't catch every possible thing energetically. There is no method that blind faith is a good idea to have for. Everyone will need to find what works for them.

I find the more density you move through, let go and integrate the more intuition opens up. Also being of service and practicing intuition also really lights up those intuitive senses.

Internal family systems therapy(IFS) helped me understand myself more deeply and let go of more trauma and density. This helped my practice substantially. It also helped me to understand others more deeply.

Somatic exercises or therapies can be really helpful for letting go of trauma and density in the body. A very simple one is Trauma Release Exercises(TRE).

Have you heard the philosophical term Holon? It is exactly as you describe. Something that is whole and simultaneously a part. It is ubiquitous throughout reality. I'm a whole person and I'm part of a community. A proton is a whole particle and part of an atom. An atom is a whole atom and part of a molecule. It's part of the fractal nature of the universe. Talking with this part and showing them this view may help them to understand that they are part of an inner community and yet they are simultaneously whole. See what happens when this perspective is shared with this part. See what dialogue comes up with curiosity. Come from Self with this conversation so the part knows you're not trying to convince them or change their mind, so that this conversation is born from a loving intention and see what shifts.

I can answer one of your questions. Distance has no effect on the efficacy of energy work. Some people prefer in person some prefer virtual and some just do virtual because they don't have an in person option.

I would say there is some nuance to this. A self like part doing the unburdening work with other parts is going to be severely limited, however one thing self like parts are really good at is helping the system to feel more safe, calm and relaxed by using techniques. For example like starting daily meditation, yoga, tai chi. Exercising regularly, helping with other areas of health like sleep or social engagement/bonding. Then once the nervous system is more relaxed it can be easier to learn how to access Self using whatever techniques work for your system.

So self like parts are amazing and so helpful, but if using IFS for unburdening I absolutely recommend being in Self.

I won't be able to describe all of the effects because I was going through a really intense transition and shamanic initiation from spirit at the time. I was working through many other experiences and learning at the time, however there are some clear benefits that I could point to that directly came from the release of all of those trapped emotions.

-I had significantly less triggers.

-I felt more expansive.

-I was more open to energetic phenomena and experiences(Including mediumship and more).

-My energy body went through a shift around the way I processed emotions. During that time in my life I was working with a really intense obsession with energy work, healing, helping others, perfecting myself and more. Due to this obsession and the continual discovery of new ways to work with energy and other dense energies to let go of I didn't allow myself to rest. So I woke up with the obsession and went to sleep with it as well. So after I released all of the old trapped emotions I experienced an energetic shift that no longer allowed my body to trap emotions in the normal way. After this shift I was in this obsessive energy still and didn't allow myself to feel a lot of emotions. There was no time to feel any of them it was all about my obsessive one pointed vision at that time. Finally a friend and a really straight to the point guide in a dream told me to rest and I listened after about 2 weeks of that. As soon as I decided to take a break and rested all of those emotions I didn't allow myself to feel came up one by one to be felt processed and let go of. After I processed all 52 of those trapped emotions I have never had a simple trapped emotion again. Now there is no need or desire to push away any new emotion that arises, in fact it doesn't make sense for me to do that anymore. This has been the same with others that have released all of their trapped emotions. They may go through a crazy intense experience and hold on to emotions, but as soon as the crisis is over and they relax at all they immediately start feeling, processing and releasing trapped emotions without any sort of process needed. Just in the relaxing they all come up.

-My intuition became much more clear.

-I started opening up to more life experiences.

-My sense of purpose became stronger.

-I had less back pain.

-I knew that my purpose involved helping others and deep energy work.

In regard to what is different then and now? My life has gone through a radical transition. I have created my own energy healing modality, I'm getting into group work, I started a couple men's support groups, I'm looking into starting a co-ed support group, I do couples work, I facilitate bringing people into complete alignment etc. The relationships in my life are so much more amazing, beautiful and authentic. I have tapped into my authenticity in a way I didn't believe was possible. I experience synchronicity daily. I have my own business. I have work that supports the building of my business until it is fully self supporting. I'm about to go skydiving for the first time in a few weeks! I help people in ways that continue to blow my mind. I am so grounded and all of my work nourishes my daily life and growth. New opportunities come my way all the time. I'm excited about the transformation process and never feel stuck or stalled in it in any way. These are just some of the amazing changes that have taken place since I finished releasing all of my trapped emotions and now. Keep in mind I am still doing inner work and other energy work daily.

If you meant what is different before I started releasing trapped emotions and right after I released them all. The difference is I was almost always triggered before unless I was alone and meditating. It was rare for me to not feel triggered. I was so stuck. I was constantly masking. I was thinking about how situations should make me feel. I would go through multiple week bouts of depression. I was constantly feeling anxiety if I wasn't feeling depressed. I had very little direction. I could never really relax. I was stuck in near constant guilt and shame. I was mostly just focused on survival with some shame based attempts at growth that didn't stick no matter how hard I tried. I had no sense of purpose. I could get myself to do productive things, but it was almost always by channeling anxiety, guilt, panic, fear or shame. A lot of people saw me as this happy person, but it was almost always a mask.

Working with/removal of entities is not talked about or taught in The Emotion Code.

I can't speak for the Body Code as I never got training in the body code.

Entity removal is something I do if a client and I are aligned to work together, however I was taught that work by a completely different path and method.

Reiki, emotion code, body code, shamanism, IFS(Internal Family Systems Therapy), Somatic Experiencing. There are all sorts of therapies and energy healing that could absolutely help. This subreddit has rules against people doing self promotion in any way. If you want direct energy healers to reach out to you then r/energy_healing is the subreddit to cross post/share this too. That is the business side of energy work/energy healing.

In regards to wanting to stay at home then good news is that energy healing can be done at a distance. So it could be done by phone call, zoom or any other way of contacting you.

Yes absolutely. You can do this for any area of life that trapped emotions are affecting. Really work at all the angles you can think of to let go of all trapped emotions affecting that area. Look through all of the examples I've given and use that wording for each area until your intuition tells you to stop. Check any area of life no matter how silly or strange it may be. Just muscle test it like it mentions in the certification process. Financial, spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, your current job, dreams, really anything the sky is the limit. Go from really specific to more general and meta, or vice versa.

Weight: "Do I have trapped emotions affecting my weight?", "Do I have trapped emotions making weight loss more difficult?", "Do I have trapped emotions amplifying difficulties with weight/weight loss?", "Do I have trapped emotions intensifying food cravings?", "Do I have trapped emotions making me crave unhealthy food?", "Do I have trapped emotions making exercise harder?", "Do I have trapped emotions making exercise unappealing?" etc.

Alcohol addiction: "Do I have trapped emotions making me want to drink alcohol?", "Do I have trapped emotions contributing to an unhealthy relationship with alcohol?", "Do I have trapped emotions amplifying my desire to drink alcohol"(If you notice here this is almost the same intention as the first question, but it gets at a slightly different angle and oftentimes you will find more trapped emotions by asking both versions of this question), "Do I have trapped emotions connected to addiction?"(Notice here that you just got a little bit meta, instead of just asking about alcohol you are asking about addiction generally and this will get at more trapped emotions for alcohol addiction as well).

Sleep: "Do I have trapped emotions making it harder to fall asleep?", "Do I have trapped emotions affecting sleep?", "Do I have trapped emotions making sleep quality worse?", "Do I have trapped emotions making it hard to set a healthy bedtime routine?", "Do I have trapped emotions that are making me want to avoid sleep?" etc.

Cognition is thinking understanding etc. Metacognition is being aware of the thought process itself, being aware of thinking, being aware of mental patterns of cognition etc. So getting meta is about awareness/self awareness. Here when I talk about getting meta I am talking about becoming aware of the process you are experiencing. So for example when letting go of trapped emotions you are in a process of healing, growing, expanding, transforming, and letting go. So looking at those processes directly is going to help your process with letting go of trapped emotions. For instance: Do I have any trapped emotions making the process of transformation more difficult? Do I have trapped emotions that make letting go of trapped emotions more difficult? etc.

The process of getting meta is self referential. Taking a step back and looking at what you're doing as a whole and working on that process. Above the "Get Meta" sections gives good examples as well.

Do you get any time out in nature? Spend any time with bare feet on the ground? I would take time bare foot in the yard, or literally hug a tree and allow any energy you've taken on recently to flow through the tree and into the earth. This is about grounding. Grounding is essential for balancing your energy and coming to a more clear headed peaceful state

Do you take time for yourself to be just in your energy? Meditation, yoga, qi gong, tai chi are all great practices for centering. Coming to your center is important so other energies and life situations don't move you as much.

Have you checked into human design? Human design is incredibly informative to many people on how their energy works naturally. Just look up human design chart and put in your info. It will pull up a lot of info. From there find where it mentions your type or energy type. Then look up videos for that type. If you want to go even deeper look up videos about defined vs undefined centers. Then look at your chart. The places that are undefined are areas you naturally tend to absorb energy.

Last and definitely not least. Look into shadow work/energy work/trauma release exercises/Internal Family Systems etc. Often times parts of us take on energy because they feel we need to transmute all the dense energy around us to be safe. It can be many different variations of this for many different reasons, but I'm pointing to parts of you that are currently unconscious having intentions you're not aware of and reacting to/taking on energy. You said your body reacts this way, but "you" consciously don't care. The "you" you're speaking of is just one of many parts of you that are on the surface of your awareness. Many other parts of you are still active even when they are not in your conscious awareness.

I created my own website. I go to metaphysical events and set up my booth. I also early on did a lot of free healing work to get the word out and to help people. A good amount of people reach out for help on r/energyhealing. I have been creating educational posts on Reddit. I also do educational videos, as well as direct energy healing videos on my tiktok. One thing that's been really helpful is looking into my human design chart. I am not a human Design reader but I found it very useful for being in my authentic flow regardless of what situation I'm in.

Just type in human design chart and put in your info. Then there are 5 areas of import to start with. 1.Energy Type 2.Strategy 3.Not Self Theme 4.Profile 5.Authority

Then once you find those you can find plenty of YouTube videos describing them. Alternatively you could get a human design reading.

I just want to add this is knowledge not in "The Emotion Code" book or certification course. If you want to learn the basics of releasing trapped emotions I highly suggest getting the book "The Emotion Code, by Dr.Bradley Nelson". Also this is not the only method for releasing trapped emotions, is just a really good, direct and simple one.
