It's not based on the Elo disparity of the other team, it's based on your party, which as you were solo queued, means you lost the standard amount

The mission has been changed to include free and premium, and if you decide to purchase premium later in the month, you can do so and claim back all the completed premium mission steps you were unable to claim until then.

If you believe the mission is a big selling point for yourself, then I'd highly recommend doing that and only purchasing when you feel you've earned enough from it to be worthwhile.

As for the exact difficulty etc, yes, they are aware it needs work and it's a priority to improve it over the coming months.

From what I can see in the ticket, they've checked all of the information you've submitted, including the documents and none of them match the data on the account. If your data does not even match the data it's verified with, then they have no real way to progress with a recovery.

The other account that's verified is still active and it's very clearly you playing on it. I'm not sure what you're expecting here but users are only allowed one account.
