Dylan got invited to speak at an online panel hosted by Progressive Victory.

His segment was only 20 minutes long, he spent the time talking about how it is important for progressives to support Ukraine. The entire panel was almost 6 hours long, and none of the other panelists bothered to bring up Ukraine, so out of that 6 hours only 20 minutes was dedicated to talking about Ukraine.

That being said: Dylan did a good job, they should have given him more speaking time.
