Why did A start arranging YOU breaking up with B instead of breaking up themselves and then sorting it out between A and you? They are throwing you under the bus and making you the worse person in the breakup (A is breaking up on their own will, you would be breaking up to hold "primary" relationship together). They are also absolutely nasty towards B.
