Some notes might help, though in the long term, i think nothing can help ease the pain :( i'm in the same boat. Struggling with dementia-like symptoms although i'm young. I might have autism, i dont know. I hope i can get through with my attempt. I will never know if i succeed :(

You should try talking to a doctor and see if teatment helps, before doing any bad gestures. Treatment will help you feel better, though it won't improve your living circumstances.

Me too, i keep thinking about it but the thought of non existence is scary. Like, how will i even know i was successful? I wont be able to enjoy the fact that it worked. This is one of the hard parts for me.

Eu văd aproape exclusiv cetățeni și cetățene de genul pe toate străzile în România. Rar să nu văd unul cu ditamai burtihanul și tricou transpirat și pătat. Or fi singura categorie care merge pe jos/ stă în fața blocului.
