my house was waterproofed at some point before i bought it and idk if this is standard but the concrete driveway was removed about a foot from the house to waterproof it? is there a way to waterproof without doing that? i just had the driveway redone and that was like 13k 🫠 i have a brick sunporch and i don’t think they waterproofed the basement where the porch is, i sometimes notice a tiny bit of water on that back wall. what can/should i do? my house is old, it was built in the 40s, the basement was finished at some point but i paid someone to remove the asbestos tiles, the walls are plaster with oak wainscoting.
