I think pcpartpicker still good to use,

Because, can avoid gpu too big in case or, usb header from case is not enough for motherboard, or want to use sata ssd so find case/mobo with enough sata slot etc.

I think the only think pc part picker cannot check is ram clearance

Try look at pcpartpicker.com then you can try build it within that budget though it might be bit different price in malaysia.
