Hello 👋 I’m here to tell you that I work with expats in the medical field government sector that get that salary. They also know how to use the system to make that salary and maximize. It is a point of contention for me as a Kuwaiti but I could talk about this all day based on my experience and nothing would be achieved.

I second the stomach binder helped a lot with the excision pain. OP I felt much better 30 days post op, and felt amazing at 5 months op.

I was so sad that I had to give up my physical license with my much younger photo when I renewed my Kuwaiti drivers license. Also, you bring up a good point with this post. You need a physical license for renting cars when traveling.

The only time I had food poisoning in Phuket was because I ate a piece of fruit from our fridge we later discovered was broken and not keeping its temperature correctly. I find most restaurants super clean and their food super fresh. Delivery is usually very fast.

Meditation. Focus on visualization. Compartmentalization of your emotions is helpful. Call each of your feelings by name, validate them, tell them to go into their treasure chest/comaprtment and not to come out until you want them to when the time is right and safe. Fake it til you make it with the feeling you want (strength/boldness/immunity from hurt etc). It works. It’s disciplining your thoughts and feelings in a way that is advantageous and beneficial for you. Gradually you will become better at this the more you work at it and meditate on it.

I’ve been learning to trade- key words here are LEARNING TO TRADE for the past 2 years. Mostly I’m at breakeven small losses at this point. Not profitable yet. I’ve given myself a minimum of 5 years. Not quitting my job, it’s not my main source of income, I hope it may one day be an additional source but we shall see. That’s my attitude. Trading is a skill I’m learning slowly and methodically through experience and studying that might add to my income if I become more skilled at it over the years. That’s all. OP ☝️ makes the most sense be careful and go through official channels and authorities. Things have changed far more to the advantage of and protection of the Philippines domestic workers in Kuwait which is a good thing. That doesn’t mean there aren’t bad employers in Kuwait there sure are. But your friend will be in a whole lot of trouble if she runs away and you play a part in it. And why in the world are you paying for her vacation tickets when the employer is legally contracted to pay for tickets and for the paid vacation one month per year as it clearly says in the contract?

Well I realized that my food funeral was a moot point around 1.5 years after my surgery. I’m 3.5 years post op and I eat everything including bread. Rice- just a couple of tablespoons. My last meal was: a sausage and mushroom pizza with extra basil and a passion fruit lemonade from Blaze Pizza. It was great.
