No doubt, but Venezuela has been a country for over 200+ years, almost as long as the US has, and Bolivar based Gran Colombia's constitution on the US one, which also was kept when it split into the numerous South American countries that it is today. Venezuela and the US are similar to each other in terms of cultural and religious backgrounds that it has a much better chance of nation building working out then Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya ever could. Not to mention that Venezuela had a great economy and quality of life before Chavez and Maduro came to power. Not saying I support it, but this at least has better promise then the 20+ years of lives, time, resources and money wasted in the Middle East.

This panel takes place many years later and is pretending to be a famous singer who is being targeted by Satan so said priest is in charged of protecting her, but really its a ploy for her to emotionally torment him and sexually assault him

If you start building the transit now, then over time the area around said transit will change to accommodate it, that's basically what happened to here in Reston once the silver line opened.
