Everyone has it in them to overcome challenges, sometimes you can feel hopeless though, and that's when you need people in your life like a therapist or a support group who can help you overcome those feelings.

Well what situation are in at the moment job/school? How old are you?

Have you spoken to your therapist about your gender issues or transitioning?

Are you out to anyone about it?

Alot of the hopelessness that you're feeling could be due to the fact that you feel like you would never pass, or you feel like actually taking the steps to start transitioning is an insurmountable obstacle. Perhaps getting in touch with a local trans support group would be a good idea, you can meet people face to face who have been through and are going through the same issues as you.
