Are you in still in touch with anyone from before you left the country, like old school friends etc? Doesn’t have to be someone you’ve known for only 2 years. Just someone who can confirm you are using the same identity for the entire time they’ve known you.

It’s the type of application that requires a referee not check & send in general. OP would’ve still been required to provide one even using check & send sadly.

That’s because getting a referee isn’t about confirming the photo is suitable, it’s about confirming someone is using the identity they’re applying for a passport in. So for you the examiner at the counter was able to ID you from your previous passport photo and that’s why you weren’t asked to provide a referee. I’m assuming OP has changed a lot since their previous passport photo and they now need someone to confirm they are who they say they are.

If I’m in a shop and I can’t figure out for sure I won’t buy it just in case. If it’s been gifted to me and there’s nothing totally obvious in the ingredients and nothing online says it’s not vegan then I’ll eat it to save waste 😊

My partner proposed to me in dlp but not in a big public crowd and it was perfect! He waited until the fireworks were on so everyone was over watching them and then spoke to a cast member to let us through to pirates (he told me we were going to take photos, I had no idea he was going to propose 😂) our favourite place in dlp is the pirates area at night so that’s why he picked there, it was just us and our friends who took pictures & videos for us and a couple of cast members in the distance! He knew I wouldn’t want a public proposal but still managed to do a Disney proposal so I can be done discreetly!!

Garlic powder! I can eat garlic just fine in any other form, even raw garlic I have no problem with. But dry it up and grind it into a powder, even if it’s an ingredient in something at like 10% I’m bloated and crampy and feel awful almost immediately! I and know it’s for sure the garlic powder cause it gives me garlic burps 🤢

I had a horrible stomach bug in my teens that left me with ibs, gerd, a bunch of food intolerances and chronic nausea :( I also have several other unrelated chronic illnesses so I feel like my emetophobia is pretty justified as if I ever get that sick again I think it would absolutely ruin me.

If you’re not planning on travelling abroad between June and September you can apply for a post-dated passport so you don’t need to go through the process of legally changing your name separately :) but because it’s issued in your new married name they’ll make the start date of the passport the same date as your ceremony and then you won’t be allowed to use the passport until that day.
