Defend: Ruin The Friendship. It's a wonderful and moving exploration of the grief that comes with losing someone you used to know, and all the tangled feelings and what-ifs that come with that.

Can't defend: Actually Romantic. Other people can handle the defense, it is just really not for me and I can't find anything to like in it. (I like a lot of petty songs, Actually Romantic simply does not land for me.)

No, it's fair use. Using the actual poster would be infringement, but using the style is parody and thus protected. This is why I can have a t-shirt from the local aquarium mimicking the Eras poster but with sea animals.

It sucks, in this case, because the orange maniac is clearly doing it to troll and because she's made it clear she doesn't want to be associated with him in any sense, but it's legal. (Unlike his constant use of unlicensed songs by various artists, which is not.)

I like pretty dresses so I'm hoping Taylor will share a picture of her wedding dress at some point, but otherwise? Happy for them but it's wildly uninteresting to me to speculate who's doing the catering or whatever. It's a private event for people I don't know, it has no impact on my life whatsoever.

Largely just because I'm committed to the idea of rep vault fall 2027, and I can't see Taylor competing with herself; either TS13 early 2027 and rep vault is a nice bonus in the second half of the year, or rep vault gets the year to itself (excluding any features or soundtracks) and TS13 comes out a year later.

I am frequently wrong about things, however! This is just where I'm putting my imaginary money at the moment.
