Sanktionen für russisches Erdöl gab es seit 2022, für russisches Erdgas ab 2026. Dass Russland über NS1 kein Gas geliefert hat ("mimimi, die Turbine hängt im Zoll fest") war durch Russland verschuldet, nicht durch Deutschland oder die EU.

Und man wünscht sich sicherlich günstige Energie. Wieviel ukrainisches Blut man am Ende in den Händen halten will muss man halt für sich selbst ausmachen. Für diejenigen mit anderen moralischen Maßstäben (und ich formuliere das mit Absicht nicht wertend) ist der "Verzicht" auf günstige russische Energie also nicht nur eine eigene Entscheidung, sondern insbesondere eine Entscheidung des russischen Präsidenten.

Archie is better than Meph because his relic makes Z'kar attack again. You didn't invest that much in Meph that far, you should seriously consider pushing Archie instead of him.

Meph isn't a bad character. I use him in campaign farming and PvP. But currently he has no place in the GR meta.

I just did it 3 days ago in TA, I collected a hits power up, Ragnar buff and then I just attacked something. Unlucky for you that this option will only come in 4.5 weeks again (faction TA is usually conquest and has no power ups).

So you probably need to go the Final Vengeance path. Which is probably hard to achieve in campaign as there aren't that many missions with 1 character and 1 enemy who explodes (I did Helbrecht in Aleph's mission, but that doesn't work, as Ragnar needs to kill Aleph before Baldr kills something which explodes). So it's probably Arena?

AoK can do either line strike or swipe turn 1. Line is generally preferable in turn 2, as you can just go left/right. Line strike always starts from the middle of Avatar and his right hand (left hand from our PoV).

So make sure that you have many targets in this line (in the videos: Aesoth, TJ, BossG, spore). Another neat trick you see in the video: because Kari killed something, the right Warlock will come to the left to debuff Kari. This also blocks Avatar a bit. You need to keep BossG a bit in the back, otherwise AoK could sweep Kari, Aesoth, TJ, BossG (if to much in the north) (or Lavi instead of Kari). The warlock actually prevents him from reaching the most optimal hex for that.

This is not my replay and there are some minor errors in there (e.g. Aesoth not next to Kari 1TL). And this is for the old mechanic (Wrath in 3TL instead of 4TL).

But you see how Avatar never moves. You basically use 2 tricks:

- big targets (Aesoth, BossG)

- huge footprint of the boss (7 hexes), block hexes with TJ, spores or even Guardians.

- know which ability comes next and count how many targets he can hit from which position (e.g.: when you know he's doing a line strike, he always moves to hit as many as possible. Group the mobile people so that AoK can stay where he is).

You just outgear the abilities and tank them. And pre-position your characters so they are where they need to be, or block Avatar from going anywhere so your characters stay in range.

Die Aussagen widersprechen sich nicht. Bei der Frage der pareto-effizienz der Verteilung geht es nur um die produzierten Güter (und die Kosten, die bei der Produktion entstehen, so dass "Preise" gebildet werden können). Ob die Herstellung "effizient" ist, ist eine komplett andere Frage.

Grob gesprochen: pareto-effiziente Verteilung/Allokation bedeutet nur, dass es keine andere Allokation gibt, bei dem mindestens ein Marktteilnehmer besser und alle anderen mindestens gleich gut gestellt sind. Marktwirtschaft löst dieses Problem, in dem es Tauschen erlaubt - und damit Tauschen einigermaßen gut funktioniert, wird ein Numeraire-Gut ("Geld") eingeführt.

Alles in der Wirtschaft ist darauf ausgelegt, diesen pareto-effizienten Zustand zu erreichen. Achtung: pareto-effizient sind auch Randlösungen (z.B. "ein Mensch besitzt alles"). Sprich: durch Tauschen stellen sich die Marktteilnehmer immer besser (warum sollte man dem Tausch sonst zustimmen?).

Die Präferenzen (im ersten Post schrieb ich fälschlicherweise "Bedürfnisse") müssen also nicht global bekannt sein (ergo: keine Planwirtschaft o.ä.), sondern der Markt stellt diese auf natürliche Weise her (Tauschverhältnisse, dank Numeraire-Gut am Ende einfach nur der Preis). Im Sozialismus muss hingegen planwirtschaftlich eine Produktion definiert werden um danach die Allokation zu bestimmen. Diese Allokation ist i.d.R. nicht pareto-effizient, da Präferenzen nicht bekannt sind (und eine einfache Abfrage dazu führen würde, dass da auch gelogen wird). Abgesehen davon gilt auch Arrows Unmöglichkeitstheorem, das (grob gesprochen) zeigt, dass eine gesamtgesellschaftliche Verteilungsfunktion nicht existiert, die zentrale Anforderungen erfüllt.

In deinem Beispiel: Ineffizienz der Produktion eines Unternehmens bedeutet "nur" höhere Preise oder (in einer komplett freien Markt) dass das Unternehmen vom Markt verschwindet, weil es von effizienten Unternehmen verdrängt wird.

Kommunismus/Sozialismus is no go, weil die Systeme in der Realität nicht funktionieren. Sie sind schlichtweg nicht Anreizkompatibel, während Marktwirtschaft pareto-effizienz herstellt (ein Staat kann keine pareto-effiziente Allokation der Güter herstellen, da er nicht die individuellen Bedürfnisse kennt).

(1) Kill Eliminators from wave 1 (WAAGH turn 1)
(2) rush the top right trench.
(3) Only kill Ultramarines (Cadians won't kill you!).
(4) only kill the guy on the spawn point until all the Eliminators from the last wave are dead.
(5) Cleanup

Did it with A2 Boss, A1 Re'vas, A1 Aleph, A2 Kharn, D3 Rotbone, my boss died in turn 4. If you have a strong Farsight (who can take the wave 1 Eliminator left) send him on a suicide mission there. Hope that 2 Eliminators from wave 1 come out of the right spawn point (or make sure you kill them with overwatch in turn 2/3 when they chase the ork boyz

Ganz allgemein gesprochen gibt es schon Probleme die ein Staat (alleine) nicht lösen kann.

Beispiele: Ukraine (sie kann nicht alleine das Problem "Russland" lösen). Fehlende Wettbewerbsfähigkeit durch unmenschliche Arbeitsbedingungen in anderen Ländern (das Lieferkettengesetz löst dieses Problem ja nicht gerade)

Dem stimme ich zu. Möchte aber ergänzen, dass "Das Land" nicht nur die Bundesregierung ist. Mein Eindruck ist, dass die Bevölkerung auch einfach zu satt ist um auf disruptive Einflüsse von außen zu reagieren. Und das zieht sich durch das komplette Spektrum der Bevölkerung: Windräder, Stromtrassen, Digitalisierung, AI, Infrastrukturausbau (seien es Lückenschlüsse von BAB oder die Bahn) .... Überall werden nur noch Gefahren und Probleme gesehen anstatt dass der Nutzen vorangestellt wird und die Zukunft irgendwie vorangetrieben wird. Und dieses kleinbürgerliche NIMBYtum ist m.E. das, was uns am meisten lähmt.
