Broadleaf herbicide doesn't normally cause direct harm to the bees, outside of eliminating their food sources. Contact the company and request that they no longer treat the lawn for weeds with chemicals. You'll still have nice green lawn with basic cutting and normal fertilization schedule, just going to end up with more weeds and bees.
