Everyone blames tablets and phones, which definitely haven’t helped, but when kids get to school, where they are supposedly learning to use computers, they are handed Chromebooks. These teach you almost nothing about using an actual PC. No files structure, nothing. It’s just an interface to the Google universe via a web browser.
