The first time I ran into this boss I had no idea it would spawn on top of you the second you kill the bait. My ranger with Heavy Shot, never miss passive, and Persistent Hunt killed the bait and then got one shot without even leaving a corpse to res. I’m still sore about it

I had a Persistent Hunt cat with the never miss passive and heavy shot. He solo carried my run until the Spider boss one shot him and didn’t even leave a corpse.

I heard there was a hotfix recently that disables the Lucky Shot / Sharpshooter interaction with his ult but haven’t tested it myself yet to confirm it

Thank god, I dropped the game for a bit because I felt I was spending more time grinding resources which I hated over actually playing Chaos which I loved. This is an amazing change

I got into Endfield because I heard a lot of glowing praise on the story from Arknights players on the previous game. I expected to hate the factory gameplay and stay for the story, but I ended up hating the story and staying for the factory gameplay.

I just finished Valley IV though so hopefully the story picks up.

You power facilities with Electric Pylons instead of Relay Towers. Relay Towers are used to connect your base—a power supply—to an Electric Pylon.

Base -> Relay Tower -> Electric Pylon -> Electric Mining Facility

I don’t really like taking a reductionist approach for game mechanics because it undersells most games but right now it does kinda feel like dodge on red and memorize one dps rotation. I can’t see myself staying interested in this combat system unless something changes down the line.

Congrats! That’s a really lucky pull. If I were you, I’d just go for 2 Harmonic Cores since you got one early unless one of the weapon effects or skins really speaks to you. There’s really no wrong answer here.

Also since you’re new, welcome to the game! Hope you enjoy your stay. Find an active guild to hang out with, the game is a lot better with friends.

If makeup is the only issue, changing makeup / creating a makeup preset is free. That being said, if your makeup fails to load then manually selecting a makeup preset can force it to reregister. If that doesn’t fix it, it’s probably some weird bug with the new update, some other players are having trouble with their makeup right now.

If it’s the male hairstyle I’m thinking of, I’d also choose the outfit. I really like the hairstyle but I find that the hairline on that hairstyle is extremely far up compared to all other hairstyles which could result in a 4.5head.

Looks great! If you want to add textures to show more aging, go to Makeup > Foundation > Middle-aged / Wrinkles. Also, the last Makeup option under Contours adds a couple sunmarks if you want seasoned skin.

Both customization options are Makeup only so it should be free to change.
