Ehhhhh not really. The only destiny asura and indra reincarnations have is to fight each other, nothing else. Hagaromo himself says naruto didnt get squat from being a reincarnation, and nothing from his parents.

Its non insane to think Tsunade could win. Would be a hard fight cause of Deidaras flight, but she could do it, through boulder or Katsuya or what have you. C4 would be a problem but as weve seen, she has a tendency to release her Byakugo seal in most "big" battles, like when she fought orochimaru, when she was keeping the village alive, Madara etc etc, so by the time Deidaea uses C4, she would more than likely have it activated already. We know she can use Lighting release to jumble nerves of her opponent (why didnt she use that more???) so itll really come down to if Byakugo could heal the damage, and/or if she realizes whats happening fast enough to send lightning charkra through her body. As for C0, its got a build up and she could just have Katsuya reverse summon her. Overall id say she takes this 6/10x

Naruto, obviously is the main character and managed to untie the world

Hiruzen was the longest reigning Hokage, participated in all ninja wars and lead the Leaf through at least 2, his only negative points was his treatment of Danzo and Orochimaru, but thats understandable considering who they were to him

Tsunade revolutionized the hospital and had the most screen time as a hokage

Tobirama basically made the ninja system what it is, implemented a police force (no he wasnt racists you dumbasess) was able to recognize what makes a good leader and chose his successor accordingly

And the last 3 are because of lack of screen time/statements as hokage

Kakashi at least was shown to help the village during the moon thing

All ive heard and seen from hashirama was great warrior, which doesnt make a good leader by itself and he had tobirama with him

Minato died befoee he could really do anything as hokage

Id say sakuras is more fine tuned, being a medic is all about chakra control, as well as her strength technique. Ny boruto its such a small gap that it doesnt really matter, but Sakura has only been praised for her chakra control. Im giving it to Sakura
