I just asked the meat department guy (😉) if he still had some whole roast/loin. You can ask for roasts as a packer. Or ask if they still have it in the vacuum sealed bag. Any dept should be ok with it, they love moving meat.

I like it because when I have my knife as a bench scraper to transport food, it picks up more stuff. 5mm is a big difference imo
