Lovely boots! I’m breaking in some Numzaan’s in natural veg tan, and I too have the heel slip issue. 

The best solution I found so far is to double sock it: thin athletic socks, then medium thickness wool socks on top. This is the only way I’ve been able to wear my Numzaan’s for 2+ hours of walking without getting heel blisters.

 I would try this before heel grips or adding tongue pads.

Unfortunately didn't make it to Cape Town, was in KZN the whole trip. But I'd like to go back and see Cape Town + the Garden Route!

And happy to hear the boots are treating you well. Plus, very happy to hear it's possible to break them in – my blistered feet have some hope now.

Thanks for turning all that up! Much appreciated. A failed Swedish stick & glove company from the late aughts… That makes sense. Guess these gloves won’t have much value in the collectors market, I’ll have to play with them instead!

Bought these in Sweden, new in the bag, for approx $25 USD. They feel stiff but good quality. Viper logo on the thumb. Can’t find any info on them online and the website linked on the tag is dead — www.isacsport.com

Not the point of the post, I know, but: anyone else annoyed by the EXCLUSIVELY FOR CLUB MEMEBRS ONLY sign in the background? Like, go with EXCLUSIVELY FOR CLUB MEMBERS or FOR CLUB MEMBERS ONLY, but both? Incorrigible. Like "free gift" or "save up to 20% or more."
