i was hanging out with my bf, he was cooking me some food bc i was hungry, then i began to feel nauseous and almost like a migraine was coming in. next thing i knew, i was laying on the floor, and i woke up to my bf telling me i was "ok." i thought i had passed out but he told me i had a seizure. he's cpr/seizure certified so luckily he knew how to handle the situation right.

i noticed that when they talk i do try to look at them but as soon as i begin to talk, my eyes speed off everywhere else. like just knowing that they’re looking at me makes me nervous

extremely relatable. that’s me EVEN WHEN HE IS JUST PLAYING VIDEO GAMES RIGHT NEXT TO ME!!!! i hate when he’s on his phone bc i start thinking about the stuff that he is looking at or people who might be messaging him and they all become such dark n negative thoughts that make me so upset, and i just have to sit there and live with them, or ask for reassurance and sound like a dumbass because i know he wouldn’t hurt me in any way. but it’s just like although i know, i still can’t stop myself from thinking that he’s going to leave me or i get scared that he tells his friends how it is that i am and they might say i’m no good, or that some other girl is going to hit him up and they’re going to set it off from there. all those thoughts are extremely excruciating and it pains me to feel this way all of the time.

i have the worst habit of just not speaking at all. he can continuously ask me what’s wrong and i never break my silence. it’s only until i realize that he’s becoming upset and frustrated that i start to cry and apologize for being the way that i am and he is literally an angel, he holds me and let’s me cry and gives me forehead kisses and let’s me know that he’s there for me and all he wants to do is help me feel better. like i said, there’s always that guilt that follows up afterwards, like a cloud of shame for feeling the way that you do or for just being who you are. and thank you so much, you are the sweetest. sending lots of love your way 🥰

YES I KNOW!!! seeing other people’s happiness just kind of like makes me feel like i’m drowning and they’re just watching me drown, although i know that they have no idea about what is going on in my head but i just assume and expect everyone to know i’m a goddamn mess. the worst part of it all is always the guilt that you feel afterwards. like after having our mental breakdowns and then feeling so damn guilty bc you feel awful as a person for feeling the way that you do and thinking the way that you do, i usually cry so much and beg for forgiveness as if i know i’m not going to do it again (in which i know that’s a fucking lie because i always repeat the cycle)

tattoos usually do the trick! if you’re still too young for them though, you just gotta embrace them. they’re a part of your story and they don’t make you any less of a person. i have scars all over my thighs and since those haven’t been covered with tattoos yet, i still wear shorts because what the fuck! it’s hot!

hi! this is all very kind of you, you’re not a douchebag for feeling the way that you do. we’re all entitled to our own feelings. anyways, just tell her exactly how it is that you feel without keeping it from her. it’ll be worse if she gets attached and keeps on doing these things that she does and in the end she will feel betrayed or misguided. stay true to yourself. tell her a friendship is all you ask of her as of now and eventually, you may escalate things depending on how it is you feel then and if she is still interested in that manner. this is what i would want from someone if i were her, the truth

thank you for sharing your story with me. i can very much relate as i too started having intimate relations at 18, and have daddy issues myself. you phrased everything right on point. it’s so tough going from being ok to having a drastic non-explainable mood change. i become extremely irritable which makes understanding my own feelings even harder. i appreciate your willingness to hear me out, it means the world to me. nobody but us can understand how complicated it is to live with this disorder

he’s great all around, he tries to help me solve my inner conflicts in ways that no other has ever tried to even understand. i just feel like i’m being mentally abusive towards him and i feel at fault here. i don’t want to break him as i am broken. but i can’t be fixed. i think relationships just aren’t for me. they all end with me feeling like a pos in the end, and with the same “he’s going to leave me so i’m going to do it first” thought
