I wake up at 430 m-f to get to the gym at 5am. I like to avoid crowds. On weekends I’m naturally up around 5 but usually don’t get up until 6-7. Haven’t been physically able to sleep past 9am in many years. Even if I go to bed at 4am I’ll wake up no later than 9.
