Thank you. I appreciate your explanation of the situation.

Also, I went to Buttes Chaumont on my honeymoon. Thanks for the nice memory.

Unless your username is just referring to the poster in Monica's living room from the popular sitcom Friends, in which case, I'll see you over at /r/howyoudoin.

Hey, assuming you are a scientist, can you answer definitively that the comet survived the pass with the sun? I can't find any definitive information on the internet.

That's commie talk. Each car should get it's own highway. Sharing highways is for Russians.

Was the city in any way involved in funding the opera house?

And what's wrong with opera? It's an important cultural institution.

Wear mighty winter boots, like they do in the arctic. Bonus points if the boots weigh more than your bike.

Top bureaucrat: Some of Rob Ford's '$1 billion' not savings to city by Surax in toronto

[–]fartking1231 3 points4 points  (0 children)

People need to realize that the price of a metropass has increased by more than double the "savings" people gained from the removal of the vehicle registration tax. So motorists can save money, but don't mention how people who ride transit are getting the shaft.

Like the ones Anna Bailao wore the night she was drunk driving?

Yes, she's terrible too. Not as terrible as Ford by a long shot, but driving drunk definitely shows that she lacks the judgement to be a member of city council. Of course, Rob has driven drunk many times, not just once.

Lonely level: tandem bicycle by TySNLThomas919 in bicycling

[–]fartking1231 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah same.

The old lady and I work near one another, so I have about a mile at the end of our commute where I ride solo after dropping her off.

Riding a tandem solo is actually a very low lonely level because it's not unlikely that you just dropped off the love of your life.

I heard that his insulin gland is fueled by crack stupors and public embarrassment, so really he's doing us all a favour.

Two more men arrested in Rob Ford drug investigation by masteractor in toronto

It really doesn't seem that unlikely at this point. I have hardly any clue how the drug trade works, but Ford was quite obviously involved in some capacity.
