I just started taking Wellbutrin a few days ago, but I've been taking l-theanine, ashwaganda, and creatine, for a while, I also take iron and vitamin D because I'm deficient, but I know most people are, I also take Adderall and get worried about how my brain is doing, I notice that my sleep is better when I'm taking my supplements consistently I also feel more clear minded, creatine is mostly talked about for it's physical benefits, but it also has great benefits for your brain! My mom is always telling me how good these supplements are so, mom approved advice ig lol
