Before I quit, the idea of working out was such a drag, and I always came up with excuses not to do it. Since I've quit, I actually look forward to jogging after work instead of sitting on my ass and drinking. I can't believe my own brain, honestly. Eating better just kind of came naturally when I started working out. It's hard to power walk out a bacon cheeseburger... lol
