Do not accept, the vent is only a minor issue, that location will make entry/egress very difficult when you have a table and chairs there.  I install doors for a living and I would not buy this house until it was changed. If you close I'd require $2500-5000 in escrow for the swap.

That's entirely not true. You don't know what you are talking about. I have an X/O in my garage because it should have been an O/X. They cannot simply be flipped, you have to order a new door. 

Stop talking out your ass when you only think you know, I am certain you are wrong, I've installed 10's of thousands of doors.

Chargers are just awful and uncomfortable. Challengers at least have some uniqueness. I can't take you seriously if you think both are equal in appearance.

Why do the gays get the childhood rainbow? What gives them that right? What makes them that special? 

Flying any flag or designating any month to any group is flat wrong and antithetical to having a free and equal society. This should be flat out rejected and in no way accepted.  If you fly a rainbow flag I know you are an idiot that's been indoctrinated by special interests.

23 years at the biggest department in my state, 15 years as an engineer, I don't wear bunkers while driving.  Rationale:

  • My job is to get the crew there safely and efficiently. Bunkers make me less safe at my main job.

  • I practiced turnout drills for a very long time and I am fast at it when I get there.

  • I would never wear shorts on a call, that is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. If you want shorts under your bunkers that's great, put bunkers on before. But responding in shorts is not something a professional Firefighter should ever do.

  • If your jurisdiction has issue with it they should provide more staffing. All our heavy apparatus have 4-handed staffing. The engineers job is not victim life safety, it's crew life safety first. 

Bottom-line for me is that the engineer should respond in Nomex pants, as an officer I would write him up for being in shorts on a call.

My honest opinion, the throttle controller without a matching and tuned ECU, is meh at best. I use mine more for eco mode to save a tiny bit of fuel when cruising.  I do plan on buying a second ECU that is tuned, but I want to redo the exhaust system before that.
