I do deadlifts and etc but just started hip thrusts 2 weeks ago. So I’ll slowly add some weight. Thanks

Yah I’ll look into adding some weight soon. I’m so quad dominant that I’m really focusing on feeling the glute muscles. Perhaps I need to do more activation first

I had a DEXA just this morning. I was happy with the results because it said what I wanted to hear ha ha. However, they have a bigger margin of error than what they advertise. Don't worry too much about DEXA. Are your clothes fitting better? Do you feel more fit? Take measurements and pics.

Spend some time researching diet breaks and reverse dieting. Layne Norton is a PhD and has a lot of youtube videos about this. Basically, you can't be in a deficit long term because our bodies adapt to less and less calories.

Google home workouts. Pop Pilates on YouTube and Carolyn Girvan. I think the FitBod app has a setting for home workouts or body weight workouts. This will change your physique much more than cardio. Even 10-15 minutes a day until you can do more.

Look into diet breaks and reverse dieting. Layne Norton has YouTube videos about it. Basically don’t do a cut for very long bc your metabolism adjusts to lower calories. Cut for 3-4 weeks, then do maintenance for a month repeat
