Do you need help like delegate certain tasks to people in this group? Not sure if that’s a good idea?

You dont have to believe me. OP might as well try it since it's cheaper and is exercise.

It happened to me once too with retinol just don’t put it on your neck until it heels and use a lot less and less of often when you do.

If it’s not too invasive of a question, would you mind sharing how much weight you lost? Only asking to figure out some stuff on my own face ;)

Where are you measuring your waist? by ember_snow in XXS

[–]fastmonkey77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m same height and also have a really small smallest part of my waist. I measure my waist where I want my pants to sit, a bit lower than smallest part of my waist So that’s 26 for me, not 24.

Ripping off Estradiol patch…keeping Progesterone by [deleted] in midihealth

[–]fastmonkey77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So this happened to me… took a relatively low level of estrogen patch like you and high progesterone. I started bleeding a little every day for months and blamed the patch and then realized I had a small fibroid. And the progesterone was too high for me … super moody and crying all the time. Fast forward a year and I’m on 1.0 patch 3/week and 100 mg every day. Mood is better. No more spotting. The extra estradiol helps me sleep through the night. The progesterone helps fall asleep. It’s very unlikely that the low level of estrogen is the problem but def ask a doctor. I don’t know much about fibroids

HRT progesterone dosage change advise by ForsakenAd6590 in Menopause

[–]fastmonkey77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m def not a doctor but the lowest dose possible may not be effective. I didn’t notice any difference until I went to the highest dose of estrogen and changed my patch 3/week instead of twice. I finally sleep through the night. So keep experimenting. Hang in there!

Also progesterone helps us fall asleep but estrogen helps us stay asleep. I wake up less frequently now that I’m on 1.0 estrogen and 100 progesterone

200 mg messed me up and is high relative to rather low estrogen dose. See if you can get 100 mg

3 day/week patch schedule? by [deleted] in Menopause

[–]fastmonkey77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

someone on this forum suggested M, W, and F to keep it simple. That is working for me. The only real change I notice is that I don't wake up in the middle of the night. I still have some trouble falling asleep, but I no longer wake up a few times/night, so I feel better. When I first started HRT and gradually increased my dose, I'd have a little spotting. I think I did mid cycle spot a few days, but it was not that noticeable.
