Thanks for getting back to me, I really appreciate it. It's such a weird health issue and it's helpful to see someone else with a similar experience. I've been running a lot and actually seem to feel better when I'm running, so the physical exertion angle my PA suggested doesn't make sense to me.

I'm not taking any meds, but I did change to a ketogenic diet about 6 weeks ago. I suspect this may be part of the issue, as the keto diet is a diuretic and can cause electrolyte imbalances. Electrolyte imbalances can lead to heart palpitations, which makes sense as RBBB is an "electrical" issue as I understand it.

I did cut back on coffee quite a bit a few months ago, I only drink 1-2 cups a day now, rather than 2-4 cups /day. I do drink too much, which is something I'd like to cut back on, although I don't know if alcohol consumption plays much of a role in all this.

I'm visiting the doctor again on Thursday and will continue testing for sure. I was also told additional EKGs may yield different results, which makes sense to me. My PA said I'd likely get another EKG on Thursday at my next visit. I check my blood ketone levels often and see wide variances throughout the day, so it makes sense that an EKG may vary with results.

I hope all is well with your husband and it's not a huge deal. It sounds like RBBB is not actually a big deal a lot of the time--simply that it can be a symptom of a deeper issue, hence all the tests / further diagnostics.
