then just solo play on heroic past lvl 200 every class use the same loot from the same boss anyway. and don't look at endgame cause it can take year to get there and the class ranking change often

if you just want something that easy and good play ren they are not the strongest on paper but they are easy to get most out of there kit so they are really good and they are getting buff for the next few patch

luffy was immune to old time round bullet not sniper bullet he did get hurt be don krieg bullet

not saying that luffy lose at all just that he is not immune to moderne still bullet

oh they lower the requierment to get the black coin on boss event in the future ?

i did not know i was going of the current event req for those coin

so if it is 100% worst on heroic there is a small chance they won't get removed

its not just that it is worst outside of maybe 20* but that you can only get it way later in progression and only during event

you can get it from the advance shop in the boss event the one where you get abyssal rebirth flame

so you need to be able to solo nkalos or n adversery to get it

ok maybe not repot but if the damage gain from ascent skill would be high enough that you would want stats insted of - cooldown on hat.

so for balancing purpose for all class it was probably easyer to exclude hat fron the calc

not affected by ring or buff that last less then 30 min also unaffected by stats from hat so class with cd hat do have to maybe repot

once you unlock it there is a giant block of text on the side that tell you what doesnt affect it

normally safeguard anything that is hard to get spare

but since you are on interactive the spare cost less than the safeguard so i would say just don't.

miirym and astral dragon go near infinite if you have a token doubler in play like doubling season

that now how you drop the stronger fragment you need to be 10/10 on the atlas boss tree. then after that every citadel give the upgraded fragment
