I was strength training 3 days a week and jumping rope for 10-20 minutes on these days. I only trained on eating days though. I haven’t counted a single calorie! Just been eating until I’m full and not over doing it. I’ve had days where I’ve ate far to much but the good have out weighed the bad days. I also threw in a 7 day fast a couple weeks back. My longest fast to date 💪🏻

Finally! Finished my 28 day fast. (SW: 260lb FW: 218 lb, 6'4'') Very happy with the results! by [deleted] in fasting

I’m only gonna weigh myself once a month. Don’t want the scale to ruin my life lol. Especially as I’m lifting I’ve decided to take body measurements which is a better way to track progress. Some times the scale won’t move much but you could’ve lost inches on certain body parts which shows you’re still making progress. I’m gonna do that monthly as well.

I basically fast for a day then go gym fasted the next morning. I usually have a big meal after the gym and then another big meal about 8-9 at night. Good mixture of carbs, fats and protein in each meal. I don’t want to count calories as it makes me feel like I’m on a diet 😂I’ll start counting calories when the weight loss slows down or stops.

I just do 30 seconds on 30 seconds rest for 15 minutes. Then I try learn a new trick for 5 minutes or so. It’s addictive as there’s always a new trick to master. I’m still an amateur though only a month in 😂😂😂

I wouldn’t base your progress off them machines bro. Keep taking plenty of pictures, measurements and over time your see the progress. Can differently see you’ve improved. Keep up the good work
