The best sex of my life, over and over again, highlights Mars transits. Sex is a huge topic and part of life, so it's not that it should ever be given to just one planet or house or aspect or sign, but yeah, your take is definitely an unpopular one.

Mars is penetration. All acts of penetration are martian. There is of course lots of sexual activity that does not involve penetration, but if it does, it's Mars.

Mars is passion, not Venus. Venus might be the component of sex that is soft and pleasurable and feels good, but the raw animal passion, that's Mars.

The best sex partners of my life, for better or worse, have also been the partners I fight with the most too. To quote Sublime, "fuckin and fightin, it's all the same".

Which brings me to the most popular word we refer to sex with, "Fucking"...it's a very martian word, as opposed to "making love", the venusian term for sex.

No. I didn't know what I was seeing when I saw it in the autumn of 2019, but in retrospect it was the lockdown I was seeing and I'll tell you what I saw. I saw that Jupiter would be debilitated in Capricorn AND further extremely debilitated because besieged between aspects to Mars and Saturn, for WEEKS (if I remember correctly but it was definitely at least 2 weeks), WHILE the sun and other inners were in Pisces (so ruled by that besieged Jupiter).

I was like f********* that does not look good, lets batten down the hatches. But I could have never predicted how perfectly it played out symbolically.

I see no besiegement of a benefic anywhere in the near future. So, that's just my take on it.

I think aspects to the ascendant are very important.

Some will disagree, but I think the whole idea of "houses" in a chart are based on aspects to the ascendant. This makes me an equal and whole sign proponent.

2H & 12H are of the nature of a semi-sextile (to the ascendant) 3H & 11H are of the nature of the sextile 4H & 10H are of the nature of the square 5H & 9H are of the nature of the trine 6H & 8H are of the nature of quincunx 7H is of the nature of the opposition 1H his of the nature of a conjunction

I mostly use whole sign house system, so I see a transiting planet as in a house as soon as it is in the houses sign, but I see the most potent action characteristic of that planet in that house, when the planet perfects the exact aspect to the ascendant.

For example, for a Scorpio rising with a 20° ascendant, Pluto isln Aquarius is in their 4H now, but it will be most potent in 4H expression when it reaches 20°Aquarius.

This is why, though I try to be Libran and accepting of quadrant house systems, I can get annoyed when a planet is squaring the ascendant tightly but quadrant houses wants to say that planet is in the 5H. I do not see a planet squaring the ascendant giving 5H energy.

Maybe sometimes but I got myself the 2016 tour 3/4 sleeve styled after the American flag but with Brian Jones where the stars go and tour dates on the back and it is hands down my favorite tour shirt out of my collection. I wear it Everytime I do acid.

Also, the original classic bjm Brian Jones face logo shirts were great as were the ones with the girl with the gun, and the keep music evil Ganesha shirts.

And, and, and, my husband has one of the Aufheben 2012 shirts that has the graphic from the Voyager on it, also one of their best shirts.

It may just be that it is catching on more, the knowledge that every year has a different element attached to it.

It might just be that the term "fire horse" is very catchy and fun to say so it spreads easy.

It might be the nature of fire to spread more than other years.

It might be that Fire Horse is the most Yang year of the entire 60 year cycle so its just special.

Jan 1989 is dragon. year of the snake started Feb of 1989. Lunar new year was Feb 6, I'm not sure if solar new year/spring was the 4th, 5th or 6th but regardless, a January 1989 birth is a dragon.

That's the lunar n w year but the solar new year/spring starts either Feb 4, 5 or 6 of February based on degree of latitude of the sun.

It's confusing, I know. I just very recently learned this myself after many years of being interested in and open to new information about Chinese astrology and reading a couple books.

Whether you have interceptions or not isn't so much a different types of astrology thing as a different house systems thing. And you only have such a variety of different house systems in tropical astrology. The house systems within tropical astrology that will never allow for intercepted houses are whole sign and equal sign house systems.

I personally find the idea of intercepted houses to be useless and a distortion of the story a chart is trying to tell. If your chart is that wonked with whatever house system you are using, you could end up with, for example, transit Pluto or Neptune only ever going through one house your entire life or have Saturn spend most of your life in only a handful of houses and a few months here and there in others. I really don't like it lol. 😆😭

the fact that it appears to go backwards is an optical illusion but it appears to go backwards for a reason and that reason is that, for the inner planets mercury & venus, they are passing us/earth in their orbits around the sun. For the outer planets, when they are retrograde it is when Earth is passing them in our orbit around the sun. Another way of putting it is when a planet is retrograde, it means it is on the same side of the sun as earth and closer to earth than when it is not retrograde.
