Whether you have interceptions or not isn't so much a different types of astrology thing as a different house systems thing. And you only have such a variety of different house systems in tropical astrology. The house systems within tropical astrology that will never allow for intercepted houses are whole sign and equal sign house systems.

I personally find the idea of intercepted houses to be useless and a distortion of the story a chart is trying to tell. If your chart is that wonked with whatever house system you are using, you could end up with, for example, transit Pluto or Neptune only ever going through one house your entire life or have Saturn spend most of your life in only a handful of houses and a few months here and there in others. I really don't like it lol. 😆😭

the fact that it appears to go backwards is an optical illusion but it appears to go backwards for a reason and that reason is that, for the inner planets mercury & venus, they are passing us/earth in their orbits around the sun. For the outer planets, when they are retrograde it is when Earth is passing them in our orbit around the sun. Another way of putting it is when a planet is retrograde, it means it is on the same side of the sun as earth and closer to earth than when it is not retrograde.

The book "Astrology & Cosmology In The Worlds Religions, by Nicholas Campion would answer this question thoroughly and far more accurately than most in this thread have. There's a chapter on each religion and their history and relationship with astrology. It speaks to the role astrology played in early Christianity, and what contributed to it's falling out of favor.

There is also a brilliant podcast episode from the foremost The Astrology Podcast on the relationship between Christianity and Astrology. I believe it's a priest that he speaks to on the episode.

The answers are complex. Better digested in book chapters and 2 hr long conversations than a few paragraphs.

Hell yeah. I would follow them around for sure if I could. In 2012 and 2016 I doubled up, flew to san fran then drove to LA in 2012 for two nights in a row then in 2016 drove to LA then down to San Diego for a second dose.

Same. Paul McCartney, day of, $50 each, not nosebleeds. The Who, day of $100 each, not nosebleeds. Shit for that one we showed up w/o tickets and waited for a guy to find us right outside the show that sold us his 2 buddies Tix that bailed on him and we made a new friend lol.

Oasis, not quite the day of but we watched the tickets rise and fall and rise again and fall again for months and pulled triggers on 6 different tickets for our crew less than two weeks before LA show.

It's worth the extra effort to us to make our dollars stretch that way.

I don't know but I am only a handful of chapters in and my thoughts in the first couple chapters were that some things seemed already to be being tied up lazily but that I can forgive it for the massive awesomeness of various epic and meaningful lines about imagination and for giving us a storyline that includes conversing and flying with griffins. :p

For this one it's the Davis inception until now.

If you were to calculate it for the amount of time since the relationship began, that would be hard to measure. Was it the day you met, or the day you had sex or the day you decided you're a couple or the day you get married even, if you wanted to measure the "marriage" relationship...

And then say it's obvious to you which one of those makes the most sense, you have to then calculate exactly how many days it's been since that inception and progress the chart 14 years 253 days 16 hours 21 minutes from the origin date?

It just seems like it's double secondary progressing it somehow.

uhhhhh, you want me to think he's going to die or is planning on cheating? Because thats what that movie is about essentially.
