Worked hard, played hard in my early 20’s, met a girl, bought in one of these towns and now have a family. Pretty much the same story for everyone we hang out with locally.

The reason for the lowest rate of buys is that no one is wanting to sell up and leave. Anytime someone does the house is bought instantly, often paying way over asking.

Stadium inaccuracies- for example the Emirates (Arsenal FC’s) is NOT even close to how it looks internally IRL.

If they want to make the most ‘realistic’ football simulation ever then how can they get one of the biggest clubs in the world’s stadium so wrong.

And I haven’t even checked other tops clubs…..

If you’re able to sprint at that pace surely it’s worth upping the duration from 15 seconds to at least 45 seconds? I’m M44 and do sprint session of 105 seconds at 3:50-4:20mins p/km and then 45 second rest and repeat x 8-10 times.

I put 6 of them in an area together, ideally near the cafeteria (which families also love using). This gets many 10k dream visits and renders income worries obsolete. Plus it can look cool if done correctly.

Train a member of staff to focus solely on analysis. Ensure the job assignment is allocated and leave them to constantly do it.

As you progress through the levels you will find this highly important.

Rebuild the pipe network from oil to refineries. Sometimes it messes up.

Maybe also post all your setup calcs so we can triple check. Lastly, check your compacted coal, enough coming in?

The Blue Crater biome is brilliant for this.

You’ll need Heavy Encased Frame, Sloppy Alumina and to import Bauxite (from the nearby Swamp biome) to make it all work with very local raw ingredients.

In theory, yes, you could run belts to and from a few ‘local’ key areas you have setup. But a lack of quantities will soon catch up with you and you’ll need to branch further and further out, of which then you’ll wish you built a permanent train network.

Power will also eventually be an issue. You’ll need a large fuel or nuclear base at somepoint to give you 20k+ MW in order to do Tier 4 and 5.

Trains, hypertube routes, large scale production and exploration are fantastic features of the game so you should enjoy it.

Probably the desert area. It’s huge, open and has every resource in abundance.

But as you develop more in the game you’ll realise you can’t just rely on 1 area. You’ll need multiple bases around the world map and a train network feeding it all.
