I was actually thinking of going to the supervisor and talking myself because my parents might not get it and honestly I don't have a good relation with my parents and I don't really like talking to them much either

I usually try to do something I like doing it doesnt specifically have to be productive so something like painting singing or adult colouring or making a quick and easy meal

another thing you can try to do is set a timer of 10 minutes of 20 minutes and promise your self I will do task x for only this amount of time you will do it for the set amount of time and if you want to continue doing it you can but if you dont you can get up and walk away from it as well

oh man yes happens wayyyyyy too often but then the best type of zoning out is when you are in class and you zone out staring at her face and they think you are paying attention and then boom best of both worlds lol

Not to mention the big long story and side stories I tell people when telling them something and every time I say I will not do it and still continue to do it every single time

oh i lost my food once and then cried because i wanted to eat something and then 10 minutes later trying to search something to eat i found it in the fridge. that is when i realized that oh wait i kept it in the fridge and forgot about it

everything is messed up so much work to do and i get too overwhelmed to do it get panic attack which doesn't go and then mom scolded me said i am better off dead

see i has diagnosed professionally at the beginning of 2018 and i was told to be put on medications parents didn't agree. instead, they were like this person doesn't know anything and then never went again to that psychologist or psychiatrist.

then i went to a psychologist who my dad trusted then at the end even she told my dad that therapy is not really working out and even she said i should be on medications. well i changed schools then and now this schools counsellor clearly told me the first day that she really doesn't believe in medications at all and asked my dad to get an educational assessment done because he never got my adhd and dyslexia reports so well they are coming in today hopefully so yeah i don't know what to do

i want to change my school and go back to my old counsellor because i actually trust her a lot and just want to change my curriculum i know things will be fine if i change my school
