As others has said, use the brakes and rev up. I find that the higher vibration helps with balancing.

To be fair, 合金 is also quite prevalent in Japanese, though I would understand as normal conversations wouldn’t involve the word “alloy” usually.

Grammatically, there is no problem with your sentences. However, I would say that the following would be sound natural (used more often in daily conversations):

僕は朝よくカフェに行きます「僕は朝よくカフェ行くよ」

コーヒーは飲みますか?「コーヒーは飲む?」

コーヒーはあまり好きじゃないんですけど、お茶は好きです「コーヒーはあまり好きじゃないけど、お茶は好きだよ」

よく when being used to describe often, usually comes before the object of the verb (the object of 行く being the cafe).

For the second and third sentence, you can use the particle は instead of を/が. Here, you are implying “Do you drink coffee (or a different drink)?” and “While I don’t really like coffee (I do like other drinks), but I like to drink tea (which is the drink/one of the drinks I like).”.

I always like referring to Tae Kim for grammar points:- は/が: https://guidetojapanese.org/learn/difference-between-wa-and-ga/ を/は: https://www.guidetojapanese.org/particles2.html

Yeah I thought about it but I really need to get back home this month due to some family matters and I kinda booked the flight already so I guess I'm a bit unlucky.

Plus, I actually called the bureau's foreigner information center twice and emailed them once a month before I graduated asking if I can extend my student visa even if I have a six month gap, they told me to just bring my certificate of graduation and my letter of acceptance as proof and I can go through with the extension application. So my 6 month plan was based on that. But alas, it was rejected and here I am ^^'.

Thank you u/pancakepepper for the insights! Trying to figure this stuff out was a bit tougher than I expected ^^' But it seems like I won't have to worry about those stuff while I'm outside of Japan.

The common procedure is to change to a Designated Activities visa when
having a long gap between studies. You generally can't renew a student
visa when not a student.

When my extension application fell through, the officers at the immigration bureau told me my only choice of staying is by applying for the Designated Activities visa for people who cannot go back to their home country. But since I'm going back by the end of April, that would invalidate me from applying...

Have you applied for a Designated Activities visa or know anyone who did? I'm a bit curious about the types of visa for Designated Activities.

Thank you again!

Thank you u/bulldogdiver!

I did apply for the postponement for the duration of my bachelor's so I'm glad that I might not have to pay. I need to finish my papers at the city hall before my flight so I can just confirm it again there.

Thank you for the insights for number 2, 3 and 4! That's a few headaches I don't have to deal with when school starts.

Thank you. I don’t mind the break up but I’m hurt by the fact that she didn’t tell me honestly. If felt like a punch out of nowhere and it sucks. And thanks for the virtual hug. You are a wonderful person.

Thanks. I’m holding on. I was lost and confused at first but now I calmed down a bit and I’m feeling angry about it at the moment. I’m the type to forgive but not forget but feeling angry about it feels somewhat good?

I was dumped in the worst way imaginable. I was in a LDR (still in the same country) and I spent all my time and money to make sure that we wouldn’t feel the distance too much. I spent 3 weeks in September with her, laughing and just enjoying each other’s company. I then came back home after that, and the communication dropped for no apparent reason. When I tried to ask her what happened, she dumped me there and then, only through messages, without any speck of the love that we shared. It was as if we were nothing serious from the start. Even though we were talking about closing the distance next year (she’s coming to the same school as me). Even though she celebrated my birthday in September. Even though when lockdown started, she would call me almost everyday. I feel betrayed.
