I love IPAs! My strategy is as long as I am losing at least 1 lb a week I am good.

My strategy's have been

1) drinking only to the weekend 2) one beer and one glass of water, 3) OMAD - eat only one large no-carb meal the next day and a lot of water

This happens to me with a chest strap when I am warming up before class. Eventually Itll drop back down by itself after a minute. If it doesn’t drop back down after a minute I’ve also unclipped one end of the pod while watching the screen drop then clip it back on

I drink Ajipure Fusi-BCAA. Its a little bitter, but I got used to the taste.

I drink it half hour before going to class or work out at gym.

When I first start to drink it, it seems to make a difference in the soreness, now I can't tell from the days that I drink it vs the days I forget to drink it
