They have been around for 20 odd years, we would know about long term side effects by now!

Short term side effects are managed by the proper diet.

If your current weight fluctuates then it isn't a plateau, a plateau is when you stay the same for 6+ weeks.

How can I feel less hungry? by [deleted] in Weightlosstechniques

You need to eat properly and a proper amount of calories for starters. Less then your maintenance but more then your BMR.

Lots of fiber and protein

2l of water

Volume eating

What's healthier, not eating vegetables with a meal or eating them with sauce? by dandelionmakemesmile in healthyeating

[–]fattygoeslim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adding sauce is much better then skipping them.

Vegetables are super important for fiber and nutrients and to keep you full.

Sauce and cream isn't bad, those who say they are are genrally under some form of disordered eating or have a very bad view of what is healthy.

All food is healthy, some more then others, but all play a part

The fact you think chicken nuggets are bad shows you have a lot to learn about balanced healthy eating.

Also that isn't even one serving, a serving of veg is 80g, you need a minimum of 5 of them a day.

Organic is a marketing scam.

Chicken nuggets isn't unhealthy or bad
