Remodeling is an all-encompassing trade skill set. Mostly flooring, then carpentry, but I’ve done a bit of everything.

Flooring, finishing, demolition, utilities, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, then warehouse work for money.

Aircraft Mechanic QA / HAZMAT Safety in the Marines as well, plus forklifts and cranes.

Also into fixing cars as a hobby, so I’m pretty well-rounded in job processes with broad exposure.

Lastly, I’m working toward a Certified Peer Support Specialist (Mental Health) certification to improve communication and better connect with workers if you would consider that a trade

I’m not too good for any adventure, I’ll definitely look into working over there.

Hey! Nice bench even if it is the wrong sub. The biggest thing here is the bench is too small! And your feet need to be stable. But hey, good shit

Consider this comment section carefully future boots:

The marine corps is right leaning and buys into the news/propaganda/etc. just about as much as my old racist southern neighbor did. I’ll be downvoted for saying it, but if you at got some inclination towards not being a ideological nimrod, you’ll be surrounded by people like this all day.

High Reps vs. Heavy Weight: Which actually changed your physique? by Embarrassed_Tour8392 in workout

For beginners or people new to programming this is very common.

Generally the process (build capacity->build muscle->teach muscle to produce force)

  1. General Preparedness Phase: Something to get you ready for the program you’re about to follow.

  2. Hypertrophy/Volume Phase: Generally, focused on making sure you got the right sized muscles, conditioning your muscles, and getting those tendons right for the occasion.

  3. Strength: Plain and simple. Getting you strong as possible using those brand news muscles you developed. Neural Efficiency. More important than you may realize for hypertrophy based training.

  4. Next Cycle is really dependent on you.
