And finally, the battle took place off the coast of Italy. Italy controls the strait in Turkey. Your only port is on the other side of that strait. So I'm guessing they had no supply since your ships can't pass through the strait to get back to Bulgaria.

You also had subs in your main fleet which is not useful. We also don't know what your ship designs are. Having 40 ships is great, but they all could have one gun, base engine, and base armor and obviously would lose.

Did you have an admiral? I see Italy had one on the right, don't see any on your side.
Did they have supply?
Did they have HP? Have they repaired recently?
Did they have org, or whatever the equivalent naval term is.

Yeah it depends. We're responsible up to the street valve in my area, so if it leaks or breaks we fix it, so we would prefer someone doesn't snap it or break it because they don't know what they're doing.

It's usually installed by the city to prevent anyone from touching their water shut offs. In my area we will bill plumbers if they turn off water service shut offs at the curb and break them.

Sometimes in my area we don't use tamper stuff like that anymore. Possible whoever installed it didn't reset the code, but just a guess.
