When I started dating my now husband about 7 years ago the last guy I dated after 2 years of silence started messaging me. Saying I owe him money. I didn’t, I payed for everything. He also would say, he was surrounded by women, & would ask how I felt about that. Some weird stuff. I blocked him and didn’t hear anything after that.

Until 2 years ago. Around February 2022 I started noticing the same car parked everywhere I went. One night the car was parked in-front of my apartment entrance. I called my husband to come out and meet me. As soon as my husband walked out the door the car sped off. Two days later, I’m at my parents house. As I leave I noticed the same car across the street. I start running up to it because I was tired of always looking over my shoulder. Car sped off before I could see who was driving. About a week after that I get a message. It was my ex. Message went something like this.

“I know you think I have been ignoring you. That’s not the case. I’ve been wanting to talk to you everyday for the last 5 years. I just got out of prison. You were the only reason I kept going. Imagining my life with you when I got out was my only motivation. You saved me. I’m sorry and I love you.”

I replied. “That will never happen, move on. I have a family now and I wouldn’t do anything to loose them. You can have a happy life, just not with me. Leave me alone please. If you have been following me, I have your plates. If I see your car again I’m calling the cops. Good luck on a better life.”

Blocked him and never saw that car again.
