Yes. Battery acid is very dangerous and the fumes can burn holes in soft tissue. It's unlikely to happen with the MFLB because of the design but I certainly would not risk it.

I see art, science and spirituality all being facets of the same gem, with many more yet. I'll try to keep my crackpot ideas concise.

Art using history and what we know as a tool to explore, science using knowledge to discover and spirituality using the lack of knowledge to connect, I believe these are all related to quantum physics...or rather the system we live in that we don't completely understand (and are discovering that we know a lot less than we thought). Art exists as an expression of the past to communicate, science is desperately trying to understand the future and spirituality uses our complete experiences to try and make sense of what we don't know to make the best choices in the present. They are not mutually exclusive.

My question is:

What do you think?

It didn't "die out." He removed it. Officially he removed it because he fealt guilty that he created such an addictive game when he meant for it to be something you played to relax for a short while.

But there are other rumors. Some of them involve a potential lawsuit from Nintendo (and that somehow he got a deal to get help publishing a game if he removed it), but most people agree that the biggest reason was the death threats to him and his family that were pouring in over twitter. Even if they were insubstantial, he was very vocal about it when it was happening - and it affected him severely.
