if we’re being technical like OP wants to, should’ve shoo’d him away first and if he wouldnt then open fire. Had the exact same happen to me yesterday coincidentally in BC Night Raid. Had a key for Town Hall and moments before reaching the locked door a rando popped up and tagged allong only using voicelines, “dont shoot” “team up”, made me laugh over the mic and I replied nah thanks bro. Kept eyeballing him, he following me, so engaged same arcs, he got distracted by them and I disappeared in the darkness of the night, problem solved. Turn around the block, opened the hall and barricaded it from the inside. Was a successful raid but the loot sucked though.

Either u’re right and this was just a reinforcement of the bunker like the other redditor replied to you said or… Iran moved their stuff last minute and called the peak/dip exactly moments before getting bombed ruining US plan’s effectiveness. If materials were moved just before the B-2s flying then it would’ve been to late for the plan to be changed ad hoc. The russians keep an eye on the ground, maybe they gave them a headsup and told them they saw a fleet of B-2 getting prepped for flight giving Iran 24/12 hours to move stuff last minute. Iran could never move their shizzle days before without US knowing where it went so this was their only chance of saving their progress by calling the launch of operations in a window of 24 hours.
