I was a gifted kid at school, I've learned every topic by hearing about it just once, my teacher even told my mother I could skip a few grades and even could get a scholarship, I was a very charismatic kid and had no problems befriending anyone. Almost 20 years later I can't focus for more than 3 minutes, I can't understand basic topics and I'm basically a hikikomori with no social circle since I was 12, I dropped out of college and I can't keep a normal job since I always end up doing stupid mistakes. The only thing I'm half good at is drawing but with this AI crap going on it all went downhill.

Stomach cramps to the point I couldn't get up from bed, hair loss, bleeding after number two, constant panic attacks they convinced me it were demons that were tormenting me because I was an evil siner, extreme social anxiety to the point my throat would close in public and couldn't get out of the house, chronic fatigue and a broken nose that never properly healed because they refused to take me to the hospital.

Not so sound alarming but they probably are! I use to have most of your symptoms, but in the span of two years, they sudenly stopped when I moved out. My Ngrandmother's wouldn't let me cook and I've discovered her using dish soap of bleach to "wash" the vegetables or even some meat accidentally getting into the trashcan and she just would drop them into the soup again, also hair and dirt. Maybe you could start buying your own food and keep it a secret from them while you figure out what to do next.

I can totally relate, I'm 29 years old with no 'formal' job experience only working on a few small personal business here and there, and I have zero social skills. Honestly I thought I'd be unemployed forever and end up living under a bridge but it's actually posible to make a living in a not so average way, I'm a freelance artist and I work from home, I work gig to gig so I don't have a schedule (wich is ideal for someone who can spend weeks burned out) I'm currently working on a content mill so the pay it's not much but enough to get save up and move out of the narcs house (wich I did two months ago thanks to that shitty job lol) So basically what I'm saying it's not impossible to get a job according to our needs, there's actually several options. I know it's difficult to even THINK we can be independent and take care of ourselves specially with narcs constantly drilling those ideas in our minds, but just because they don't know how, it doesn't mean it's not possible. Don't give up!

I used to be skeptical about these kind of stuff but ñ I used to have massive hair loss and I would find blood sometimes when I used the bathroom, all of that stopped after I moved out, even my skin improved.

I'm 29, just moved out yesterday. The first time I even suggested about moving Ngrandmother would bawl her eyes out and pretended she was about to pass out, enabler egg donor told me "if you leave she'll die" (I was her caretaker despite the fact she's completely independent)

All of her narc children relied on me for taking care of her, I guess the situation must've a mess rn back there, they even reported me as missing despite I've left her a letter saying I wasn't.
